The arbitration will take place in Johannesburg, South Africa, and the language of the arbitration will be English. The arbitrator's award will be final and binding, and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, in our sole discretion. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Site or by sending you an email. Your continued use of the Site or Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
